ย
We offer split packs for all types of paving, including porcelain, sandstone, slate, and granite. This allows you to purchase only the specific amount you need, avoiding the waste associated with buying a full pack.
ย
We strongly recommend adding an allowance of 10% extra coverage to account for cuts, breakages, and spares when ordering our split packs.

ย
To facilitate a seamless and secure shipping process, a handling and packing fee of ยฃ85.00 will be applied at checkout. This fee is essential as it covers the necessary procedures of unpacking the items from the original crate, re-packaging them onto a new pallet, and ensuring they are securely wrapped for dispatch.
Payment options.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including American Express. All payments are processed through our online STRIPE system at the end of your ordering process.
ย
We also offer PayPal services, including the option to pay in three monthly installments.

Measurement
Make sure you measure from the longest point to the longest point, side to side and front to back. Use our coverage calculator to help you know what your requirement coverage is.
Add 10% Extra
The recommended industry standard is that you add 10% extra to your total measurements to allow for cuts, wastage, breakages and spares. By placing your order with us, you confirm that you have added this 10% extra as part of your own calculations and purchase.
Minimum Order
We can sell the paving by the sqm, however, for optimal transit, we recommend ordering a minimum of 5 sqm to ensure proper pallet weight.
Coverage
The coverage for each pack size is available on all products under the ‘Specification’ section. This indicates the area that can be covered, including the recommended joint width. Additionally, we provide the pack size, which indicates the number of slabs included in each pack.
Cut of times
For both standard and premium deliveries, the cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 11 a.m. If you need your order urgently and have missed this cutoff time, please call our team, and we will let you know if there is anything we can do to assist you.
Large Orders
Our website showcases all current promotions and discounts, reflecting our commitment to providing the best prices possible. For larger orders, we invite you to call us at 01329 238150, where our dedicated team may be able to offer additional savings.
Samples
We provide a sample service for all our paving products, allowing you to experience the materials before placing an order. You can find this option at the bottom of each product page or on our dedicated samples page.
Porcelain paving is a man-made product crafted in batches and may exhibit variations in colour and texture from batch to batch. This potential variance means that the porcelain you receive upon ordering may differ slightly from the samples sent, or our showroom displays viewed before making your purchase. To maintain product consistency, we advise against combining different sizes as these will inevitably be different batch codes. It is industry standard to allow an additional 10% on all orders.ย
ย
Should you have any concerns about these variations, please reach out to our sales team for personalised guidance. We recommend keeping note of the โbatch colour codeโ labelled on the packaging of the delivered porcelain. This is a white label of the side of the pallet and also the packing of each individual slab.
ย
While we strive to source the same batch for future orders, this isnโt guaranteed. Therefore, we encourage ordering sufficient quantities initially to maintain uniformity in your project.

These Sinai Pearl Washed and Tumbled Egyptianย Limestone slim settsย or stackers have been acid washed and then tumbled to create a smooth yet lightly textured surface whilst maintaining the beauty of the stone.
These slim setts are 200 x 50mm, with a thickness of 40mm.
Egyptian Limestone Sinai Pearl is a gorgeous warm beige shade with natural glass and/or quartz veins, and sometimes many fossils. Natural veining, occasional pitting, small chips on the edges and mottled colour variations enhance the natural beauty of this luxurious stone. This gives the stone immense character. Sinai Pearl is suitable for both traditional and contemporary gardens
Sinai Pearl Acid and Tumbled Limestone is a premium cobble choice. It is widely used in outdoor applications. With a cream under tone with muted beige tones throughout, this cobble is hard wearing choice that offers both a traditional and contemporary aesthetic to any outdoor or indoor space. It is used for edging and patios.
The limestone undergoes a managed acid washing which brings out the limestones natural charm such as natural veining and fossil variations. With a tumbled edge, this limestone cobble undergoes a tumbling process adding charm and character.
We recommend that the customer obtains a sample of this product and is aware of the natural variations within this product, adding to the beauty.
**Important Considerations:**
As a natural material, Egyptian Beige Limestone features unique qualities, including subtle veining, occasional blemishes, and minor surface holes. These characteristics underscore the stoneโs authenticity and charm.
Itโs also worth noting that minor chips may occur during cutting, handling, or transport. These are typical for tumbled products and should not be regarded as defects; once installed and pointed, they become less noticeable.
Finally, limestone slabs may arrive with some surface moisture. We advise allowing them to dry thoroughly and to clean them as needed prior to installation or sealing. This preparation will help ensure that your installation goes smoothly and looks its best.

Limestone paving is a highly popular choice for patios, garden landscaping and outdoor living spaces due to its contemporary look, refined surface texture and impressive durability. Limestone is a sedimentary stone formed from compacted calcium carbonate deposits over millions of years, resulting in a fine-grained structure and colour consistency. Hereโs why limestone is widely chosen across the UK:
Modern Colours:
Indian Limestone is available in a stylish range of shades โ typically Black, Grey and Tandur Yellow. These tonal options make it ideal for modern patios, courtyards and outdoor dining areas.
Smooth, Refined Look:
The crisp edges and naturally flatter surface of limestone create a smart, contemporary finish. Urban garden designers often choose limestone when they want clean lines rather than the more rustic look of sandstone.
Limestone is a strong, dense natural stone that performs exceptionally well outdoors when installed correctly. It handles normal UK weather conditions โ sun, rain and frost โ but sealing is strongly recommended to help protect colour, especially darker stones such asย Kota Black, which can lighten (silver) over time if left unsealed.
โ With correct installation, limestone resists general wear and day-to-day use, making it suitable for most residential patios and walkways.
Limestone paving typically has aย riven or lightly textured finish, offering good slip resistance โ ideal for UK patios and garden paths.
Honed, brushed or tumbled finishes are also available from many UK suppliers for more premium or contemporary looks.
Limestone is relatively easy to maintain with periodic cleaning using a neutral pH stone cleaner and warm water. Many homeowners choose to seal limestone after installation to help protect it from fading, moisture and general staining.
Avoid acidic cleaning products โ as limestone reacts with acid.
While limestone paving is more premium than concrete, it is generally better value than stones like porcelain or granite. For many homeowners, it offers the perfect balance of visual quality, longevity and price โ especially calibrated 22mm mixed-size patio packs.
Limestone is a natural stone requiring low energy consumption during quarrying, making it an environmentally friendly option compared to man-made alternatives. At end of life, it is reusable and recyclable โ helping reduce landfill waste.
โ Patios, terraces & garden seating areas
โ Paths & walkways
โ Courtyards & contemporary garden design
โ Steps, lawn edging & landscaping features
The refined surface and colour uniformity mean limestone is especially favoured in modern or minimalist outdoor schemes.
โย Colour sensitivity:ย Darker limestone (Kota Black) can gradually lighten if left unsealed.
โย Acid sensitivity:ย NEVER use acidic cleaners or brick acid.
โย Protective sealing recommended:ย sealing helps maintain colour & finish.
In summary, Indian Limestone paving is a smart, modern and durable paving option offering stylish colours, refined textures and strong long-term performance when installed and maintained correctly. With the right product choice and sealing routine, it will provide years of enjoyment in your outdoor space.

To ensure your limestone paving project runs smoothly, itโs important to be aware of several considerations when your paving arrives and during installation.
When your paving order arrives, itโs normal for the slabs to appear dusty, pale, or grey. Indian Limestone often has subtle pastel or light tones, which can look muted before cleaning or wetting. This is completely normal. To reveal the true colours and variations, we recommend lightly wetting the slabs before installation. This helps you see the full range of tones, allowing for a more balanced and natural colour palette across your patio, pathway, or terrace.
Each crate of limestone slabs is randomly selected, so the colour distribution may not be even. When ordering multiple pallets, itโs best to take slabs from each pallet during installation to achieve the most consistent effect. Limestone is slightly porous, and over time the colours will deepen and become more vibrant as the stone naturally weathers.
We also recommend ordering all the paving for the same area at the same time, even if installation is staged over several weeks. Natural stone is unique and not batch-coded, so any paving purchased later may come from a different quarry section, resulting in noticeable colour variation. If you are adding to an existing limestone patio, please contact our team and provide images; we can help identify a suitable match.
For installation, applying a priming slurry, SBR, or both to the back of the slabs is highly recommended. This creates a barrier to reduce moisture absorption, helping prevent efflorescence and minimise staining from the base. Applying a priming slurry across the underside of the slab also improves adhesion to the base, ensuring full contact and reducing the risk of mirror staining (white marks on the surface), which can be difficult to remove.
Investing in quality tools is essential. Ensure the correct blades are used and that your disc cutter is suitable and powerful enough for cutting natural stone.
Jointing your patio can be simplified using an all-weather brush-in jointing compound, which provides stability comparable to traditional sand and cement. Be aware that very dark jointing compounds may leave minor stains on the edges of lighter-coloured limestone.
Avoid using any acid-based cleaners on limestone to remove residue, as this can damage the stone.
We recommend thoroughly jet washing your paving after installation, before jointing. After jointing has cured, a second jet wash will help clean and enhance the finished surface.
Sealing is advised for Indian Limestone. Options include natural finish sealers, which preserve the original look, or colour enhancers, which bring out the stoneโs tones and give a damp-look finish. Always follow the manufacturerโs instructions. Do not use non-breathable sealers (e.g., resin or varnish) within the first six months; instead, use a breathable stone sealer to allow minerals and salts to naturally weather and escape from the stone.
For further advice or guidance on Indian Limestone Paving installation, maintenance, or sealing, contact our expert team on 01329 238150.
Laying a limestone patio can be messy, so itโs important to take precautions during installation to prevent staining. Use protective sheeting and boards where possible. If any residue appears on the slabs during installation, clean it immediately. Substances like wet cement, mortar, or adhesive can penetrate the stone and become very difficult to remove once dry.ย Avoid using acid-based products, as these can damage the limestone surface.
Limestone is naturally porous and can absorb liquids from its surface. Wet leaves, bird droppings, moss, and other organic material can cause staining. Once these substances penetrate the stone, removing stains can be challenging.
Sealing:
Sealing your limestone paving helps protect against stains, excess moisture, frost damage, and the growth of moss, mould, and algae. It is recommended to seal your paving approximatelyย 12 weeks after installation, allowing the stone to fully dry. If sealing is required earlier (within six to nine months), always use aย breathable natural stone sealerย to allow minerals and salts to escape naturally.
Efflorescence:
During the drying process, you may notice a white or light grey powdery substance on the surface of the limestone, known asย efflorescence. This is caused by natural salts and minerals coming to the surface, particularly in damp or humid conditions. Although it may appear unsightly, efflorescence does not affect the structural integrity of the stone and usually resolves within the first three to six months.
Ongoing maintenance:
Indian Limestone requires periodic maintenance to keep it looking its best. Useย natural stone cleanersย and black spot removers to prolong the life and appearance of your patio. Over time, you may also need to refresh the joints by grinding out and redoing the jointing to maintain a clean, level finish.
