Please read the following information and fill out the following form to file a damage claim.
It’s important to remember that when laying slabs, some cuts will need to be made to fit the specific design and shape of your space. This can result in some wastage in off-cuts, and we always recommend ordering an additional 10% of slabs to account for this, as well as any laying mishaps, accidental damage on-site, and natural variations that you may not want to use.
The m² coverage of each product takes into account the recommended joint widths for spaces between the slabs, giving you a realistic figure of the area, the product will cover once laid. However, if you want to calculate the total area coverage of the stone alone, you can use slab measurements and quantities.
It’s important to note that damages can occur during transit, despite our efforts to pack each crate safely and securely. Therefore, we strongly advise that you check the full amount of usable goods on-site before booking any tradespersons or starting your project. This will give you time to identify any damages and raise a claim before commencing your work, thus avoiding any potential delays. Please note that Natural Paving Store cannot be held responsible for any situations that fall outside of our control, such as agreements or contracts between the customer and their contractor.
Although we take every precaution to wrap and pack all goods securely, damages can still occur during transit. If you do notice any damages to your order, it’s important to report them to us within 72 hours through our claims form, which you can find below. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter, as it allows us to address the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As our products travel long distances, it’s possible that some damage may occur during transit. In such cases, we may offer an exchange or refund, depending on the nature of the damage or fault. If your goods arrive damaged, we ask that you sign for them as “damaged” upon receipt. It’s important that you inspect the delivery carefully before signing. If you fail to note any damage on the delivery note, we may be unable to process any claim for damages. We recommend that you file a claim within 72 hours after delivery has taken place to ensure that the issue can be addressed promptly.
