Order cancellations.
Any orders received after 3 PM can be cancelled or amended on the same day without any charge. Orders placed before 3 PM will already be in our dispatch system and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Once an order has been dispatched and left our yard or warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard returns policy will apply.
ย
Returns
You must notify us within 14 days from the delivery date if you wish to return your order. We accept returns for full, unopened crates or unopened accessories during this period. However, made-to-measure orders, split packs, loose slabs, and clearance items are non-returnable.
ย
We offer split packs for all types of paving, including porcelain, sandstone, slate, and granite. This allows you to purchase only the specific amount you need, avoiding the waste associated with buying a full pack.
ย
We strongly recommend adding an allowance of 10% extra coverage to account for cuts, breakages, and spares when ordering our split packs.
ย
Please note that with our mixed packs, we can only split by square meter, not by individual slab sizes.
ย
Delivery costs for split packs are the same as those for full packs, regardless of the quantity ordered. Any delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
ย
To facilitate a seamless and secure shipping process, a handling and packing fee of ยฃ85.00 will be applied at checkout. This fee is essential as it covers the necessary procedures of unpacking the items from the original crate, re-packaging them onto a new pallet, and ensuring they are securely wrapped for dispatch.
Payment options.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including American Express. All payments are processed through our online STRIPE system at the end of your ordering process.
ย
We also offer PayPal services, including the option to pay in three monthly installments.
ย
To enhance security, if you place an order by phone, an invoice will be sent to your email address for payment completion.
Measurement
Make sure you measure from the longest point to the longest point, side to side and front to back. Use our coverage calculator to help you know what your requirement coverage is.
Add 10% Extra
The recommended industry standard is that you add 10% extra to your total measurements to allow for cuts, wastage, breakages and spares. By placing your order with us, you confirm that you have added this 10% extra as part of your own calculations and purchase.
Minimum Order
We can sell the paving by the sqm, however, for optimal transit, we recommend ordering a minimum of 5 sqm to ensure proper pallet weight.
Coverage
The coverage for each pack size is available on all products under the ‘Specification’ section. This indicates the area that can be covered, including the recommended joint width. Additionally, we provide the pack size, which indicates the number of slabs included in each pack.
Cut of times
For both standard and premium deliveries, the cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 11 a.m. If you need your order urgently and have missed this cutoff time, please call our team, and we will let you know if there is anything we can do to assist you.
Large Orders
Our website showcases all current promotions and discounts, reflecting our commitment to providing the best prices possible. For larger orders, we invite you to call us at 01329 238150, where our dedicated team may be able to offer additional savings.
Samples
We provide a sample service for all our paving products, allowing you to experience the materials before placing an order. You can find this option at the bottom of each product page or on our dedicated samples page.
Porcelain paving is a man-made product crafted in batches and may exhibit variations in colour and texture from batch to batch. This potential variance means that the porcelain you receive upon ordering may differ slightly from the samples sent, or our showroom displays viewed before making your purchase. To maintain product consistency, we advise against combining different sizes as these will inevitably be different batch codes. It is industry standard to allow an additional 10% on all orders.ย
ย
Should you have any concerns about these variations, please reach out to our sales team for personalised guidance. We recommend keeping note of the โbatch colour codeโ labelled on the packaging of the delivered porcelain. This is a white label of the side of the pallet and also the packing of each individual slab.
ย
While we strive to source the same batch for future orders, this isnโt guaranteed. Therefore, we encourage ordering sufficient quantities initially to maintain uniformity in your project.

For sheer durability and strength, Silver Granite makes for an elegant paving material with its flame finish surface providing light texture, therefore, creating a nonslip exterior. This timeless beauty and long-lasting qualities as a natural stone are very popular for outdoor patios, particularly swimming pools due to its grip texture on the surface. The beauty of Granite paving contemporary material makes this natural stone a perfect alternative to Porcelain Paving.
If you are looking to give your outdoor space and new look, then consider laying granite slabs. Well-known for being robust yet stunning, granite paving is ideal for patios, paths, and around swimming pools. The slabs will suit any modern or minimal design and the durability will ensure that your garden is best throughout the year whilst maintaining a luxury finish.
One of the main reasons people choose granite paving is its modern aesthetic. The different variations of grey make it ideal for modern homes, with clean straight edges for maximum impact. Granite paving slabs are also incredibly durable and low maintenance, making them a great choice for busy homes.
Please Note that all photos are taken for reference in colouring, patterns, and tones. These can be taken wet and dry in different natural lights therefore we ask for you to consider this.

To ensure your project runs smoothly, several things are to be considered when laying a patio.
When your paving order has arrived, it is to be expected that the paving slabs may look dusty and grey- please do not worry, this is normal! To help identify, we recommend adding water to the surface of the slabs before installing which will allow the colour variation to be enhanced and help create an even colour pallet throughout your paving area. Each crate is randomly selected and will not contain an even colour pallet, therefore, any multiple pallet orders are recommended to take slabs from each pallet when installing your patio area for best results.
When installing natural stone, it is recommended to use a priming slurry. Commonly known as primer or SBR is applied to the underside of the slabs for a safe and sturdy fix to the base. This will create a barrier between the stone and the mortar to prevent any natural salts and minerals from being drawn up through the base of the slab.
It is recommended to use a diamond-tipped blade with an appropriately powered disc cutter for your installation project.
Jointing your patio could not be any easier with an all-weather brush-in jointing compound which will provide the same stability as sand and cement.ย It is strongly advised to not use any acid-based products to remove excess residue from the edges after jointing as this will damage the paving.
For more information, please contact us at 01329 238150 follow our installation guide HERE, or check out our help and maintenance information HERE.
Laying a patio can get messy and itโs important to take as much care as possible when laying the slabs to ensure that no staining occurs to the slabs during installation.
If you notice any residue on the slabs when installing, be sure to clean it off ASAP as things such as wet cement will be much tougher to remove once dried. Remember that anything that remains on the surface of a slab can seep into the stone and leave a stain.
Natural stone is porous and will absorb liquid from anything left on the surface. Wet leaves, bird droppings, and moss can all leave stains and once drawn into the surface of your stone, removing stains can be very tricky. Sealing will also prevent excess moisture from building up within natural stone which will help to prevent frost damage as well as the growth of moss, mold, and algae. It is recommended to seal your paving approx 12 weeks after installation is complete as this will allow enough time for the drying-out process to complete.
As part of the drying process, you may find efflorescence coming through the is a white/light grey powdery substance that can appear on the surface of natural stone, especially in damp or humid conditions. This is caused by natural salts and minerals which exposed to the surface of the slabs. Although it can look unsightly, it will not affect the structural integrity of the stone.
