ย
Returns
You must notify us within 14 days from the delivery date if you wish to return your order. We accept returns for full, unopened crates or unopened accessories during this period. However, made-to-measure orders, split packs, loose slabs, and clearance items are non-returnable.
ย
We offer split packs for all types of paving, including porcelain, sandstone, slate, and granite. This allows you to purchase only the specific amount you need, avoiding the waste associated with buying a full pack.
ย
We strongly recommend adding an allowance of 10% extra coverage to account for cuts, breakages, and spares when ordering our split packs.
ย
Please note that with our mixed packs, we can only split by square meter, not by individual slab sizes.
ย
Delivery costs for split packs are the same as those for full packs, regardless of the quantity ordered. Any delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
ย
To facilitate a seamless and secure shipping process, a handling and packing fee of ยฃ85.00 will be applied at checkout. This fee is essential as it covers the necessary procedures of unpacking the items from the original crate, re-packaging them onto a new pallet, and ensuring they are securely wrapped for dispatch.
Payment options.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including American Express. All payments are processed through our online STRIPE system at the end of your ordering process.
ย
We also offer PayPal services, including the option to pay in three monthly installments.
ย
To enhance security, if you place an order by phone, an invoice will be sent to your email address for payment completion.
Measurement
Make sure you measure from the longest point to the longest point, side to side and front to back. Use our coverage calculator to help you know what your requirement coverage is.
Add 10% Extra
The recommended industry standard is that you add 10% extra to your total measurements to allow for cuts, wastage, breakages and spares. By placing your order with us, you confirm that you have added this 10% extra as part of your own calculations and purchase.
Minimum Order
We can sell the paving by the sqm, however, for optimal transit, we recommend ordering a minimum of 5 sqm to ensure proper pallet weight.
Coverage
The coverage for each pack size is available on all products under the ‘Specification’ section. This indicates the area that can be covered, including the recommended joint width. Additionally, we provide the pack size, which indicates the number of slabs included in each pack.
Cut of times
For both standard and premium deliveries, the cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 11 a.m. If you need your order urgently and have missed this cutoff time, please call our team, and we will let you know if there is anything we can do to assist you.
Large Orders
Our website showcases all current promotions and discounts, reflecting our commitment to providing the best prices possible. For larger orders, we invite you to call us at 01329 238150, where our dedicated team may be able to offer additional savings.
Samples
We provide a sample service for all our paving products, allowing you to experience the materials before placing an order. You can find this option at the bottom of each product page or on our dedicated samples page.
Porcelain paving is a man-made product crafted in batches and may exhibit variations in colour and texture from batch to batch. This potential variance means that the porcelain you receive upon ordering may differ slightly from the samples sent, or our showroom displays viewed before making your purchase. To maintain product consistency, we advise against combining different sizes as these will inevitably be different batch codes. It is industry standard to allow an additional 10% on all orders.ย
ย
Should you have any concerns about these variations, please reach out to our sales team for personalised guidance. We recommend keeping note of the โbatch colour codeโ labelled on the packaging of the delivered porcelain. This is a white label of the side of the pallet and also the packing of each individual slab.
ย
While we strive to source the same batch for future orders, this isnโt guaranteed. Therefore, we encourage ordering sufficient quantities initially to maintain uniformity in your project.

Porcelain paving has rapidly emerged as the premier choice for garden patios, paths, and driveways in the UK due to its resilience and minimal upkeep.
With our extensive selection of porcelain tiles, you can transform your outdoor spaces and craft a sophisticated and modern landscape to cherish.
The smooth surface of each porcelain slab is meticulously crafted with unique prints some of which even replicate the beauty of the natural stone paving while offering the practical advantages of man-made, vitrified paving.
The subtly textured and slip-resistant surface provides added safety for any family garden or large commercial project, ensuring a secure footing even when wet!
Porcelain slabs are ideal for patios, pathways, and driveways due to their exceptional durability, and the R11 non-slip rating allows for use around swimming pools or water features as well. Outdoor porcelain paving is durable and long-lasting with a surface that resists stains and scratches, making it the perfect low-maintenance choice. The non-porous slabs prevent the accumulation of excess moisture, guarding against moss or algae buildup.
Being low maintenance and non-porous, you needn’t fret about accidental spills or rainwaterโthese outdoor tiles can be effortlessly wiped clean with a damp cloth or stiff brush, saving you time and effort.
When laying a patio, it’s crucial to consider several important factors to ensure the success of your project.
To begin with, make sure to order a sufficient quantity of materials, as it’s standard practice to allow for an additional 10%-15% to account for any unexpected mishaps or wastage.
Keep in mind that porcelain paving tiles are batch-coded, meaning there may be variations in print, color, and tone between batches. Upon receiving your order, it’s advisable to note the batch codes in case you need additional slabs. This will facilitate matching the batch if you require more tiles. However, it’s best to order sufficient materials for your entire project at once, as matching batches is not always guaranteed.
Once the base is prepared, handle each slab with care when unpacking, as porcelain can easily chip if mishandled.
Before laying the slabs, it’s important to apply a primer/slurry to ensure proper bonding with the cement bed, particularly because porcelain paving is non-porous. The priming slurry should be applied to the underside of each paving tile just before laying.
Additionally, using tile spacers between each slab will help maintain uniform jointing spaces.
Finally, after laying all the slabs, consider using a porcelain grout of your preferred colour for the gaps. This grout can be applied using the recommended technique to achieve a professional finish. Care must be taken when using a grout to remove from the surface of the slabs correctly.ย A pre-grout sealer can be purchased to help minimise any hazy residue being left behind.

Porcelain paving is designed to be durable and easy to maintain, requiring minimal care. By following a few straightforward steps, you can preserve the beauty of your paving and extend its lifespan. If you’ve previously dealt with natural stone or precast concrete, you may have encountered difficulties with removing algae and stains. With porcelain paving, the cleaning and maintenance process is much simpler, allowing you to spend more time enjoying your outdoor space.
When it comes to cleaning porcelain outdoor tiles, there are two key steps to keep in mind:
1. Begin by using a stiff brush or broom to clear away any debris or surface dirt. If you have access to a leaf blower, it’s an ideal tool for this purpose.
2. Once the surface is clear, use a bucket of soapy water to gently remove any stubborn dirt or stains from the patio. Afterwards, use a hose to wash away the water and dirt. If necessary, a jet washer can be used, with care taken to protect the grouting between the joints.
In most cases, following these steps should leave your porcelain floor tiles looking clean and refreshed. Thanks to porcelain paving’s non-porous nature, which prevents the slabs from absorbing dirt or algae, this maintenance routine should be sufficient to revitalize your paving and restore its like-new appearance.
In our accessories section, you can find various products, including the Nexus Projoint ultimate cleaning primer, that can be used for the purpose. While it is possible to seal porcelain paving, it is not mandatory and depends on personal preference.
